This office is great! They have the newest technology, fun activities for the kids and even a slushy machine!!! Dr. Reynolds is amazing; he recommended what was best for our situation. They offer flexible payment options. Everyone in the office is super nice and helpful. I highly recommend! The only problem now is my kids are going to beg to run in say hi and get a slushy every time we drive past 😉

To say that our experience with Orthodontic Design Company has been amazing, would simply not be enough. From the moment we walked through their doors, we were immediately treated like their family. From being greeted with warm smiles and positive attitudes to creating a fun space for my children to play as they wait, they’ve truly knocked it all out of the park! The staff goes out of their way to make sure both parents and children feel comfortable and honestly, I’ve never felt more included and informed. The environment in the clinic is incredible and the communication is exceptional! It’s clear that they truly care about their patients. My daughter actually looks forward to her appointments, and we’ve seen great progress in her treatment.

I have NEVER come across a more caring office! From working with our insurance to returning calls to the high tech Orthodontic care, I know I will not trust anyone else with my child’s teeth. My other kids who need orthodontic treatment will be seen by Dr.Adam Reynolds also. We LOVE the slushies and digital fish aquarium. They have so many final touches that make the kids feel comfortable and welcomed!

Where do I begin…if you are looking for a place where YOU are a PRIORITY, where your concerns are heard and not overlooked, where genuine compassion is shown, where staff are all warm and welcoming, where a child will totally forget they’re at the dentist office, due to the fun coloring smart board and slushy machine. Then look no further, this is where you need to be! And no, I am not a paid writer, i am just a happy parent of a child with braces, that has been under the care of Dr. Reynolds for almost a year. They are AMAZING! Go see for yourself!!

Hands down the best orthodontist! Dr. Reynolds and his staff are all amazing – from scheduling to consultation to appointments we have always had a great experience. Appointments are scheduled quickly and the lobby is a fun space waiting siblings. Everything is always thoroughly explained to the patient and parent and Dr. Reynolds makes himself available outside of office hours for questions/concerns through their app. Would definitely recommend this office!

I can’t recommend Dr. Reynold’s practice enough to anyone!! Dr. Reynolds and his entire team are super kind, attentive, fun, and professional. I feel like family whenever I walk in and am always looking forward to my next appointment. Also a plus– Dr. Reynolds is LITERALLY an artist (check out some of his art pieces around the office) and I feel extremely confident under his care. I am currently using Invisalign and loving it.

Dr. Reynolds and his staff are so accommodating. My husband and I just recently started seeing Dr. Reynolds for Invisalign treatment and it’s been wonderful. The technology that they gave us is so efficient and reduces in-person office visits. If we ever need to see them in person for an emergency, they make sure to schedule it as quickly as possible. We have nothing but positive things to say about everyone here! Definitely recommend!!

Dr. Reynolds is an excellent orthodontist and his care is unparalleled. We’ve been under the care of many orthodontists and he successfully treated two of my children. When one had an emergency, Dr. Reynolds came in after hours to treat my son and helped us save his front teeth after a sports impact injury. He treats each patient individually and takes the time needed to explain procedures, options and best practices. We are thankful for him!

Highly Recommend this Orthodontic office. They blew our minds with their compassion, knowledge, and customer service. You can tell that everyone here loves what they do, and love helping others. They put my very anxious daughter immediately at ease which is very hard to do in a medical setting. It was as if she was with family. If your kids need any orthodontic care, you will NOT regret coming here.
