“Where do I begin…if you are looking for a place where YOU are a PRIORITY, where your concerns are heard and not overlooked, where genuine compassion is shown, where staff are all warm and welcoming, where a child will totally forget they’re at the dentist office, due to the fun coloring smart board and slushy machine. “LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE! They have treated my son and I like family from day one! From calling to schedule a consultation to coming in and starting treatment they have been amazing! I made my son an appointment first and they were so nice and professional that I decided to schedule myself a consultation. Now my son and I are in treatment at the same time! They coordinate our appointments so that I do not have to make multiple trips to the office. My kids get sad about that because they love going in their office… It definitely does not have the cold and tense vibe of a dental/orthodontist office. They also have new technology and an app that makes it super easy to contact them with questions. I work similar hours to them so it’s nice to be able to shoot them a text instead of stepping away and trying to call. I have even had to message them after hours and they have always responded in a timely manner. You also send in scans of your mouth when the app tells you to and we were actually able to do my son’s last appointment virtually since the Dr could see my son’s progress in the scan that I sent. That saved me a trip one day. That would be super helpful if we could not make it to an appointment because of work, school, or traveling. I also love that they are open on Fridays and I do not have to miss work for appointments. A lot of orthodontists are closed on Fridays. Dr.Reynolds is great! His team is great! I’d definitely recommend them!”
